Lajos Erdélyi, who as a journalist and photographer has dedicated his life to documenting the history of Transylvania and the Carpathian Basin, has turned 90 this year. The exhibition provides an opportunity to become acquainted with the extraordinary art and special life of Erdély, whose person and sensitive works represent the socially, politically and culturally complex history of Transylvania and the Carpathian Basin.
